Yes. This product contains no harmful silicones or ingredients that will interrupt refinishing painted surfaces.

Can Hot Flash polish be applied with a buffer?

Yes. We recommend using slow speed random orbital buffers only. Apply a small amount of product to the surface, or pad, and buff gently. Wipe treated surface with a soft, dry cloth.

Can Hot Flash really be applied to hot surfaces?

You recommend using this product very sparingly - about 1/8th of an ounce at a time. What happens if I use more?

When using too much product you may end up with a white residue and lose the ease that goes with applying thin coats.

This product will lightly clean and add a brighter shine to chrome, fiberglass and plastic lenses, and can be used to protect polished metals. Use Hot Flash Polish to clean rubber window moldings and to remove tree sap, bugs and road grime. Hot Flash Polish is NOT recommended for plastic body trim.

Perfect Surface Swirl Remover and Finish Enhancer

I wash and wax all the time. Do I need to use Perfect Surface?

Ideally, all paint finishes should be cleaned at least every 12 – 18 months to keep them looking fresh. Test the condition of your paint by rubbing two bare fingers over the surface. Likely it will feel fairly smooth. Now feel it again with a plastic bag slipped over your fingers. If the surface feels rough, it's time to clean it.

Can this product be used by hand?

For best results, Perfect Surface should be applied with a random orbital and soft sponge or micro fiber pad.

Does Perfect Surface remove scratches?

In most cases, no. This product is extremely gentle and was designed to remove buff marks, swirls, spider webbing and fine lines. A more aggressive product is needed to remove scratches.

My paint has slight orange peel. Will this product remove it?

Perfect Surface can be applied with a slow speed polishing machine and foam pad designed for cleaning to remove minor surface imperfections. In some cases, it can take a few applications to achieve desired results. Any swirls left from buffing can be easily removed by re-applying the product with a random orbital buffer.
